This position is responsible for shipping, receiving and some material handling. Works directly with Production and Quality Control to get the needed items to meet the shipping schedule. Uses handheld radio frequency scanner as part of warehouse management system. May need to crate, box and/or skid equipment for shipping the orders in a proper manner. Duties also include receiving, storing and issuing materials, equipment and other items from the warehouse. Other duties may be assigned as required.

**Position Requirements:**

* Basic measuring and visual quality inspection of incoming parts required.

* Must be able to read parts lists.

* Must be able to communicate well with others.

* Required to coexist and function in a team environment.

* Attention to detail and group problem-solving skills required.

* Forklift certification desired; company will provide on the job training if needed.

* High school diploma or equivalent; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

* Medium to Heavy Work - Exerting up to 75 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 35 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 15 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

* Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel.

* Frequently required to stand and reach with hands and arms.

* Required to walk.

* Must be able to see close up and also at a distance.

* Must be able to talk and hear.

* Manufacturing environment may cause exposure to heat, noise, vibration, odors or dust.

* Ambient temperatures.

* Frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts.

* The noise level is usually moderate but may be severe at times.

* Usually work a standard work week but may be required to work some evenings and weekends to meet customer demand.
