**Austin Industrial, Inc. - We are currently seeking an experienced Tool Room Attendant to be based in LaPorte, Texas

This position requires a Valid Drivers License

Maintenance position working 5x8's plus occasional OT - NO Per Diem**

Performs a combination of tasks to check out, track, receive, inspect, repair and store various tools and equipment. This is accomplished by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned.

* Assist with warehouse Duties

* Operate Forklift

* Checks out tools upon proper request.

* Completes requisite paperwork and makes necessary computer entries, if any, in order to effectively track the checked out tool.

* Inspects tools upon return, tags faulty tools and sends to repair area for evaluation.

* Restocs returned tools that do not require maintenance or repair to its proper location.

* Performs minor repairs or maintenance on tools.

* Upon proper request, distributes disposable products, such as cleaning fluids, paint and other like products.
