Reliant is the ideal choice for products with close tolerance and demanding cosmetic requirements. **POSITION SUMMARY** : **Material Handler** We are looking for a Material Handler experienced in manufacturing to join our dynamic team in Gainesville, Texas . This position is responsible for handling raw materials needed for the operation of injection molding machines, issuing and/or staging of materials and the use of central material loading systems.

**PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:**

* Support molding production material requirements

* Operate rotating mixer and add raw plastic pellets as instructed

* Operate and feed used material into re-grinders

* Carry material up and down a movable step ladders

* Mix, blend dry and color raw materials in accordance with bill of material

* Providing material and paperwork to production

* Assemble and disassemble drying equipment for material change overs

* Maintain a high level of cleanliness of material during production runs

* Maintaining inventory control

* Forklift operation

* Reports to work on time and adheres to lunch and break schedules

* Complete special projects and perform other duties as assigned by management

**REQUIREMENTS:**

* Ability to use basic measurement tools

* Ability to perform basic math functions

* Ability to differentiate colors

* Ability to work in hot or cold temperature climates for extended periods

* Ability to walk and/or stand for extended periods

* Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds

* Ability to lift from floor to above the head, up to 50 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds occasionally, throughout work shift

* Must use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms

* Ability and willingness to change job functions at a moment's notice

* Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
