Our Telecommute Customer Care Associate, Remote Management Center (Telecommute Associate) continuously works to improve the level of service we extend to our clients and parking customers, particularly to incoming intercom calls, telephone calls, emails, and all aspects of customer contact within the Remote Management Center. Maintains a positive attitude while working with customers and clients in a fast-paced environment. Identifies and resolves customer inquiries, adjusts quickly to the changing demands of daily priorities in a professional manner and performs other duties of the position.
