Job Details

Responsible for installing, verifying, and maintaining liquid metering equipment on SWD facilities, customer inlets, and pump stations. Ensure our measurement equipment is installed up to company standards and is working correctly. Technicians answer trouble calls and/or coordinate the correct contractor for the job to get the issue resolved. This position requires direct technical support of measurement systems and projects.

• Enforce all company safety policies and contribute to a Safety First culture.
• Install, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain metering equipment according to company and industry standards.
• Collect liquid quality samples for analysis as needed.
• Competent in reading, assessing and redlining P&IDs.
• Effectively communicate with Measurement Foreman and/or Department Managers applicable information on future and current Measurement projects.
• Monitor SCADA systems and/or other control systems to diagnose potential problems with field instruments or hardware.
• Perform periodic accuracy tests including the calibration, inspection and maintenance of all equipment related to measurement.
• Working knowledge of Oil & Gas safety, process flow, and organizational processes.
• Complete all paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• All other applicable duties as assigned.
