**Responsibilities**

* Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.

* Receive payment for services, close repair orders, maintain all documentation per company standards

* Open/close cashier drawer, count/maintain all cash and checks

* Schedule service appointments, update customer information, complete service call lists

* Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.

* Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.

* Maintain Customer Happiness scores at or above company standards.

* Adheres to company standards and policies.

* Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
