Guest Services The major job function for this position is to receive COTA visitors and complete any necessary documentation upon entering COTA Implement a program that highlights COTA's core values of Safety, Unity, Passion, Efficiency, & Respect. This position will work collaboratively with contracted vendors and staff that support and fulfill COTA's guest services program for all events that take place at COTA.
